I went to check what was due to UNIV 200 tomorrow, and it turns out I was supposed to go look for encyclopedias in the library. I don’t live on campus. My class starts half an hour after the library opens. I’m supposed to write about what I found. 

I’m cringing because I know there’s no way it can be finished. I’m going to be that kid in class who didn’t do her work. The lazy kid with some excuse. 

I’m thinking about skipping so I can do the work anyway, whether or not she’ll take it. I just can’t afford to be behind. I know no one in this class, either, so I can’t figure out what I’m missing.
